Watch your prospective boss.
If he/she calls his/her people incapable, he/she eventually says the same thing to you. It's easy for an incapable boss to say "No", "I don't understand.", and/or give no answer/instruction to one's people in order to keep oneself safe and important.
If your boss has money, time, slaves, and frustration, but does not have knowledge, experience, and integrity, that would be the worst situation.
