Nine principles:

1. Value naturally occurring / spontaneously arising movements
2. Value autonomy and flexibility
3. We cannot accurately forecast future; follow the basic direction toward your goals and adjust it on your way.
4. Rules can change - so do not be restricted by rules too much.
5. Deviating from a rule on purpose is also an option.
6. Don't think too much; just do it first.
7. Your efforts and team members should have diversity because narrowing down your goals and team members does not necessarily assure your successful results.
8. Do not keep defense strong too much; rather, resilience is more important.
9. Think about broader social impacts, rather than simple products and services.
