Nine principles:
- Value naturally occurring / spontaneously arising movements
- Value autonomy and flexibility
- We cannot accurately forecast future; follow the basic direction toward your goals and adjust it on your way.
- Rules can change - so do not be restricted by rules too much.
- Deviating from a rule on purpose is also an option.
- Don't think too much; just do it first.
- Your efforts and team members should have diversity because narrowing down your goals and team members does not necessarily assure your successful results.
- Do not keep defense strong too much; rather, resilience is more important.
- Think about broader social impacts, rather than simple products and services.
